Congratulations to Teresa Pegan, postdoctoral fellow in the Scott Edwards Lab, recipient of the [James G. Cooper Early Professional Award](https://americanornithology.org/aos-announces-2025-early-career-award-winners/).

This award by the American Ornithological Association honors early-career researchers for their outstanding contributions to the scientific study and conservation of birds.
