Study uncovers genes that control process of whole-body regeneration

The Srivastava Lab, led by postdoc Andrew Gehrke, sequenced the genome of Hofstenia miamia in order to understand how the non-coding portion of the genome responds to whole-body regeneration.  The study is published in Science and highlighted by the Harvard Gazette.
