Donations

Gifts to the MCZ must be accompanied by the relevant documentation (e.g., collecting permit, Material Transfer Agreement, export permit). A Deed of Transfer or stewardship agreement must be signed before the MCZ can accept material. Contact the relevant department to ensure that all documentation is in order prior to shipping any material. 

When sending gifts internationally, review International Shipments to the MCZ prior to shipping any material to the MCZ. Those donating collections or materials are responsible for obtaining estimates of monetary value from outside appraisers.
